MTA Bus Time App Reviews

Buses disappear and appear constantly on the map. Not all buses are tracked.

Used it a couple times and i live in queens and it has tet to missinform me will keep ising it

I agree with other reviewers that this app keeps deleting favorites I saved. Also most people use it to track the same route they commute every day, so why make it so difficult on everyone? Why not just eliminate the extra taps?

This app is working great on my iPad and its awesome to see exactly where the bus is and how many are working the line. The map feature is cool.

On time on schedual! I like this app!

Once you enter a route on the mobile web app, it shows you all the stops and where all the buses are in relation to them. This app however makes you choose a route, then choose a stop, then shows you the buses en-route to that stop in miles away, not the much more useful stops away like in the web app.

Lately since my update to ios 9 theres been a glitch. I love this app but i will delete if glitch isnt fixed. I press a stop and it looks like its going but stays there. So im not able to see how far the bus is unless i press it like 5 times.

The new iOS has rendered this app pretty much unusable. Please fix it MTA.

Error all the time now needs help

The map wont work and since I have a iPhone 6s and there are a lot of problems with the app!!

This app is extremely glitchy on iOS 9.0.2!!! Please update this app for iOS 9 compatibility!!!

Got the app because the website map is a bit confusing but this app is totally useless. Looked pretty, but it never showed me where the bus was, never worked which is simply all I needed. The app kept showing me information I dont care about. Ended up going back to the website.

Normally I like the MTA apps but this bus time one is way to buggy at the moment. Its just better to go to the online site for bus times. It accurate and it doesnt keep jumping back to a screen you were trying to leave.

Waiting at a bus stop wondering when (if) one would ever come, I downloaded this app and was able to quickly determine that the NYC bus system is one of the least efficient ways to travel.

iOS 9 update! It functions more smoothly now, -1 star for a really boring interface. But it works! (Which is more important, anyway)

Now that the app has been updated for iOS 9 it is again the app you must have if you ride the NYC buses.

Can you please get a better interface. Why does this app always close and some buses never app on the map? Can the MTA create a better app than this one . You should also allow customer to check the balance of there metro card on this app. Its would definitely save time.

The busting.mta.info site is great, but this app might is surprisingly a big improvement. The map view and location features make it even easier for me to choose the fastest route for my commute. Setting up favorites was clunky.
